[Çözüldü] Foreigners can't spearfish here

@yilubohan WHAT!! it's ridiculous. You could ask that person to show you writen law which its forbidden for you.

As far as I know, there is no  such a stupid rule like this..  Hope you find a way soon my friend.

Maybe you can call there and ask for a supervisor to discuss this issue. If you can get supervisor's approval, learn also his/her name  to prove  later:)

So I went to the Ministry of Agriculture today with the intention to buy a fishing license. I was told that foreigners can't spearfish here because too many have been caught hunting forbidden fish such as dusky grouper, or have dived too extremely, causing problems for the local government.

This is really sad news.

I am remembering that you are going to move to Antalya with this topic "Antalya'ya taşınma, Antalya Turkey 17.02.2021" I mean I figured totally you will live in Turkey.

if you are living here as just a tourist for a while they right you can not go spearfish. But if you are going to live in Turkey for a mission or job you can get a fishing license for two years.

I shared a picture of our rules before in your other topic. it allows foreigners who going to spearfish if they are not a tourist if they can get a license for two years.

Günümüz Türkiye'si kimse hiçbir yasa için net konuşamıyor belki adam konuşurken yeni karar girdi,Antalya liman başkanlığı olsun tarım ve orman bakanlığı olsun,bizim micah ı yemişler,wp den konuştuk kendisiyle gidicek dalış yapıcak,turistim ben dicek SG bişey yapmaz,ceza yazsa bile onaylanmaz muhtemelen,yabancı vatandaş olduğu için.

Ülkede illegal ne yapabilirse hepsini öğreticem rahat olun 🙂

Ok, I got it.  When you got your residence permit please go to the Ministry of Agriculture again and show your permit and say to them "I am living here, I am not a tourist and I want to take a guest amateur hunting certificate. if they don't get it. Show them the written rules of "5/2 Su Amatör Su Ürünleri Avcılığı Tebliğ"

As far as I understood, I can't buy a license yet and need to wait for IKAMET. Is this correct?
