I am from Bosnia and I have an apartment in Alanya (Kestel) and will be staying there for a month. I am looking to get started with spearfishing with my son (13 years). Any tips on where to get the permit, speargun and which location to choose as a starting point?

Foreign nationals who permanently reside in our country, are official guests or temporarily on duty can fish with a Guest Amateur Fisherman's Certificate. Provincial directorates will issue these people with a Guest Amateur Fisherman's Certificate, valid for two years, provided that they document their status.
