Foreigner diving rules and octopus / squid hunting

Hi guys!

I am comming back to Turkey for 3 months on visa free terms next year. I assume that spearfishing for foreigners (without IKAMET) is still forbiden is it? There are not many information in English on official websites.

How about hand spear hunting or octopus hunting with knife?

I know I can always say I didn't know but... that's not the point.
